Information we handle
We process email addresses, display names, account identifiers, model and tool call logs, and other information necessary to run the service. We do not use your data to train large language models.
Cloud processing and service providers
DeepShelf is a cloud service. Content is stored on servers, storage services, and necessary processing environments. Sign-in, storage, AI generation, document parsing, code execution, and payments may use third-party services. Original files, content passages, or instructions needed for the task are sent to the relevant service.
Security and minors
We use authentication, access controls, and other measures to protect information, but transmission and storage cannot be absolutely secure. Minors may use the service where legally permitted, with a guardian’s consent and guidance. Guardians who identify information provided without appropriate authorization can contact us for investigation and handling.
